Blockhouse Life is a new sustainable community with net-zero designs built in Spokane's South Perry Street. We promote a sustainable, eco-friendly lifestyle that creates a unique, memorable experience for our guests and our planet! Blockhouse Perry is quiet, pet-friendly, and conveniently located by, but not in, downtown Spokane. Blockhouses are built only using sustainable practices and materials, allowing us to be net-zero, so our guests can enjoy a "sustainable stay" that reduces their carbon footprint for a net-zero future.

Mother in law Suite w/private entrance

This is an addition to our home. Your own private entrance into a mother in law set up. Full bedroom with full bathroom. Complete kitchen w/ full fridge, oven, dishwasher. There is cameras on property. Close to sporting venues, golf, hiking and lakes. Queen bed in bedroom. Couch has pull out-suitable for small children. No smoking and no vaping on property . If you do you will pay $300 cleaning fee. We do NOT provide toiletries.We do NOT provide breakfasts. Don’t provide coffee or detergent

Lakefront Cottage with Hot Tub and Fire Pit

Spend a weekend in lakeside bliss at this year round Newman Lake vacation rental. This 1-bathroom studio comes with all the comforts of home (plus a little extra) to make sure you can make the most of your time. When it comes to outdoor activities, the possibilities are endless! Spend time on the water, hike PNW trails, or simply pour yourself a glass of wine and enjoy the view from the comfort of the hot tub. At the end of the day, cozy up around the fire pit, or watch a movie on the couch.

Country cabin, dry cabin

Cute cabin, private close to town yet has a great cozy country feeling. This is a dry cabin which means there is no running water, has electricity cable TV, refrigerator, water dispenser that dispenses both hot and cold water, a coffee maker. 1 motion activated, camera outside of the cabin that will notify me of your arrival and departure of the cabin. The camera is looking at the front door and parking area, PETS MUST BE ON THE RESERVATION. My home and 2 other cabins present on property

This Riverfront home is the perfect place to make lasting memories with your family or friends. With our river access you can spend your days swimming, fishing, Kayaking, tubing or just relaxing on our large patio while enjoying the amazing views of the river. Our home is centrally located between Spokane & Coeur d 'Alene & only 1.5 miles from parks, restaurants & bars located in the charming town of Post Falls. You will appreciate the privacy of this home and it's convenient location.

Cozy Basement Bungalow - Beach Access/Close to I90

Looking for a little slice of heaven with beach access, a woodsy feel and five minutes from I-90? Whether you're here for business or with friends/family, come explore everything the Pacific Northwest has to offer in our cozy Liberty Lake bungalow! This space features a private deck and entrance, peek-a-boo views of the lake, beach access and close proximity to both Spokane and Coeur d'Alene! NOTE: This is a guest suite, we live in the upstairs of the home (more info below).

Travel person special for one guest. Guest Suite attached to side of our residential garage. Vaulted ceilings, clean and in a safe area. Has kitchenette, with small fridge and microwave. Central located to Spokane and CdA Id . Easy access to I90. 3-5 min to restaurants. Near Spokane Valley mall. Lots of amenities, covered parking, next to Centennial trail. Good spot for a quiet nights sleep or working on your PC. Beautiful private outdoor space. Host on sight.

Apartment sleeps 4 w Lake access

This is an apartment unit on the ground floor of our lake home. Lake access is a 30 second walk away! The unit has it's own entrance and there is no access to the main home from the unit. The unit includes a King and double bed, kitchen with 2 burner stove and refrigerator and a large double vanity bath with a walk in shower, washer, and dryer. 1 block to 1 of 3 nearby golf courses and seconds to the lake this property is perfect for you and your family!

The Barn Suite

Welcome to the family “Barn” located on the back half of our property. This “Barn was relocated from an adjacent property in 1957 which was used as a chicken coop, a horse barn and then remodeled for the first time in the late 60’s to accommodate living quarters for Anne’s brothers. In 2023 this was stripped to the studs; everything is new including the exterior siding is for your enjoyment. This is a Non smoking and No Pet Suite/Property.

Woodland Beach Drive Lake House w/Private Hot Tub

This fully stocked 576 sq ft cabin is the perfect place for a romantic little get away or just some peace and quiet. This one bedroom, one bathroom cabin is super quaint and decorated to a tee. Stoke the fireplace or go fish off the dock in Hauser Lake. Three local eateries are close by (Ember's Pizza, D-Mac's and Curly's Junction) . Make sure to bring your swim suits. Sit in the hot tub while drinking your morning coffee.
