Cooperstown Moondance Boathouse: Sleep on the Lake

This memorable getaway is anything but ordinary. The Cooperstown Boathouse studio apartment is located on the highly coveted east side of Otsego Lake. Here, you'll enjoy endless summer sunshine that turns into the most breathtaking red sunsets. Swim, kayak, paddle board, fish, boat and read by the lake during the day. Roast s'mores and catch shooting stars around the campfire at night. The best part of the Cooperstown Boathouse is falling asleep to the melodic sounds of the lake waves below you.

The Lily Pad

The Lily Pad is a comfy one room king bed cottage with a porch overlooking the pond. A private full bath is 30 steps away (attached to our home for plumbing purposes, but you have a private entry). The paved path is well lit. The cottage is insulated, heated,air conditioned, has electricity,Wi-Fi, and a smart tv to be used w/ your own accounts. Fishing pole provided. The cottage is separated from our home by a garage. We leave guests uninterrupted unless they want to interact or need anything.

Catskill Treetop Retreat

Relax and enjoy this treetop studio, by an 8-acre meadow. The space includes a king-sized bed, cozy living room, fully-equipped kitchen, dedicated workspace, washer and dryer. Activites include hiking trails, ski resorts, berry/apple picking, and good restaurants for year-round fun. Nearby towns include Delhi, Bloomville, Bovina, Stamford, Andes, Oneonta, and Cooperstown.
