Upper level (has stairs) 2 bedroom overlooking the Illinois River, play in the large yard or build a campfire in the fire pit next to the river and just chill.

Row Guest Quarters is a one of a kind, well-appointed, private, 2 bedroom, 1 bath upper level apartment in downtown Ottawa. It is located in one of the historic row houses on Columbus Street. It is within walking distance to great restaurants, retail, Washington Park and Jordan Block festivals. The property was recently renovated with a classic, modern decor. The lower level of Row hosts a Beauty Collective where guests can enjoy convenient access to beauty treatments by appointment.

Welcome to the Charlotte Suite. This newly renovated historic lofted condo is located in downtown Utica, IL (Starved Rock and Matthiessen State Parks). It will accommodate up to 4 guests, but is ideal for a romantic getaway or a girls trip with a king sized bed and queen size sofa sleeper. The lower level of The Bickerman is home to Bruce & Ollie’s Coffee, Ice Cream and Deli. It is a place for everyone to enjoy! The building has been restored while maintaining it’s rich history!

Come stay in our carriage house turned guest house!, the property has a swimming pool available during swimming season, which is June thru September. a separate Hot Tub and new BBQ for your private use; please indicate if you intend to use the pool during your stay, we need an hours notice to remove the cover; the hot tub is always ready to use. You will be sure to enjoy the proximity to restaurants, shopping in Ottawa, parks such as Starved Rock, and a variety of festivals.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Head to our many state parks, take a boat ride down the Illinois River, be adventurous and skydive at Skydive Chicago and the list goes on. This two-bedroom 1 bath house welcomes you with all the amenities to feel right at home. Sleeps 3 adults comfortably. (1-Queen Bed and 1 full size bed) It has a fully stocked kitchen. washer/dryer and outdoor seating/dining.

Private indoor pool house minutes from Starved Rock—4,500 sq ft retreat with heated pool, hot tub & sauna. Sleeps 15 and walkable to downtown Ottawa (bars, dining, shops). Family-friendly setup (high chair, pack n play, booster seat. Perfect for multi-family stays and group getaways who want a true “private resort” experience year-round. Dates fill fast and we’re already booking into 2027—check availability early if you have specific plans.

Take a break from the everyday and escape to your own private walk out lower level studio overlooking a world of nature and beauty. Private patio, you will see a beautiful pond, rolling woods with nature, and all that nature offers. Dog friendly. Your studio features pinball machines, arcade games, billiards, ping-pong, wood burning fire place as well as a wood burning fire pit and much more. Firewood available for $2 a log.
