Our mid century trailer was purchased new in ‘57 by Dawn’s grandparents. This retro 50’s RV has original pink appliances w/bed, bath, kitchen, living room in one! Along w/covered porch & ceiling fan. On 50 acres in foothills of the Ouachita National Forest, 18 miles to Hot Springs National Park, AR & 8 miles to DeGray Lake State Park. Even though we have the necessary WiFi we still invite you to unplug from technology, reconnect w/nature & your loved one. We’re a perfect escape to a simpler time

The cabin has a kitchen with a full size refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot.

Small studio (#4) in the heart of SOMA

This small apartment has one bedroom with a queen bed, separate desk/work area, full kitchen, and full bath. We live on the first floor and rent three apartments upstairs. Two blocks from shops, restaurants, bakeries, art museum, and brewery. Dogs are allowed, but no cats. We love cats, but have had problems with spraying.

Kick back , relax and enjoy all that Caddo Lake has to offer. Abundant wildlife and Spanish Moss draped trees awaits you in the back yard. Access and parking available for your fishing boat or kayak. Owner is available for site seeing tours 7 days a week.
