Houseboat Amsterdam, free bikes, boat and parking

This houseboat is 180m2 and situated in a magical spot. You stay in a green area, but still conveniently located when you want to see the main Amsterdam attractions. Being moored south of the central part of the city, you reach within 10 minutes by bike the busy streets of A'dam with all its facilities. Nearest public transport is a 18 min. walk. To reach the houseboat you first have a short path through the woods leading to its garden in front of the houseboat. it is our own boat where we live.

Coachhouse, in nature only 5 km from Amsterdam

Our coachhouse is build around 1800, under the smoke of Amsterdam. This neighbourhood was the favorite place off Rembrandt to go painting! Rai Adam is 5 km. By bike, car, bus, metro. Or even walking . Our house has 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed and a sink. The conservatory warms up with a small sun, with good weather you can have view on the Dutch cows. The supermarket is 1 km. Our beds are not made up, you can bring the sheets or order them from us. free parking on our propertyfor 2 cars.

Countryside apartment near Amsterdam

Please note: I completely renovated the house recently. It has been split into two apartments. The apartment downstairs is for rent. It's situated in the beautiful countryside next to the River Holendrecht. Right in between the picturesque villages of Ouderkerk aan de Amstel and Abcoude. And less than 10km from Amsterdam. It has all you need for a wonderful stay: peace & quiet, beautiful views over the countryside, luxury and comfort. Just 10 minutes away from Amsterdam + free parking space!

Heerlijk ontspannen plek in het groen en aan het water, met de stad binnen handbereik (10 min fietsen). Het ruime appartement van 65m2 is voorzien van alle gemakken en ligt heerlijk beschut, op de eerste etage met eigen opgang en met het mooiste uitzicht van de hele boerderij! Fijne bedden met knisperend fris beddengoed. Keuken met kookplaat, kleine koelkast, vaatwasser. Badkamer met ruime inloopdouche, waskommen, wc. De living is licht en biedt spectaculair uitzicht op rivier, molen en groen.

Vrij waterhuis op eiland aan Vinkeveense Plassen

Geniet van ons Scandinavisch waterhuis met een spectaculair vrij uitzicht op de Vinkeveense plassen. Op ons eiland met eigen pont, aanlegsteiger, veranda en sauna ben je helemaal weg! Naar de stad? Utrecht en Amsterdam op slechts 15 min rijden. Wandel Klompenpaden dwars door de natuur starten om de hoek en sup- en kanoroutes direct vanaf de vlonder. Vanuit het huis duik je zo in de plas in. Farmhouse with garden just next to amsterdam

Our house is located under the smoke of Amsterdam a rural location, we have views over the cows and farmlands. We live at the famous river "Amstel". The house is half off an old farm where we also live in. It is a light house with 3 bedrooms. You can enjoy cycling and walking in the area but we are also accessible by public transport or car to Amsterdam. 5 km to RAI station. Parking with us is free. You rent our house without bedding, you can bring this yourself or order from us in advance.

Single-family house (15m cycling center Amsterdam)

Careful! The house has one double bed, one single bed, one single semi highsleeper and one single highsleeper. Therefore, we only welcome families with children (or up to 3 adults - 5 beds available, of which 2 only suitable for kids). A very light, modern and quiet house on the waterfront (sheltered by a gate, so the children can not actually get to the water) with all comforts needed for a family with small children. By bike you can reach the center of Amsterdam within 15 minutes.

“Kruithuis aan de Amstel” ligt vlakbij Amsterdam, een sfeervol, authentiek pand. Zeer geschikt voor families en zakelijke reizigers. Gratis parkeren, op 15 minuten rijden vanaf vliegveld Schiphol. Conferentiecentrum RAI en de Ziggo Dome om de hoek. Het Kruithuis is gelegen in een historisch pand dat in 1918 werd gebouwd voor de opslag van munitie. Geniet van de natuur, de rust en de rivier de Amstel. Op slechts 15 min rijden/20 min fietsen van bruisend Amsterdam.
