Luxury Houseboat Amsterdam, free parking

This houseboat is 180m2 and situated in a magical spot. You stay in a green area, but still conveniently located when you want to see the main Amsterdam attractions. Being moored south of the central part of the city, you reach within 10 minutes by bike the busy streets of A'dam with all its facilities. Nearest public transport is a 18 min. walk. To reach the houseboat you first have a short path through the woods leading to its garden in front of the houseboat. it is our own boat where we live.

It's situated in the beautiful countryside next to the River Holendrecht. Right in between the picturesque villages of Ouderkerk aan de Amstel and Abcoude. And less than 10km from Amsterdam. Spacious guest suite with a private entrance and back garden. Situated in a very nice and quiet neighborhood, 10 min. driving from Amsterdam. Parking is available. Public transport is available 24X7: Amsterdam Center ~ 30 min. Schiphol airport ~ 20 min. Amsterdam Arena (Ziggo Dome) ~ 5 min. We can provide you prefilled chip card for public transport. Big lake, cycling and walking trails are located 5 minutes walking. Bicycles are available.

Private & Big house at the river Amstel

The house is best of both worlds - it's a private summer house next to a small organic farm, but it's modern. Located at the river Amstel, follow it hiking, cycling or by car and you end up in the historic centre of Amsterdam. Great for families and groups of friends. This 'quite' area is close to the quint village of Ouderkerk aan de Amstel. You are renting the spacious private house with private entrance, free parking etc.

Our house is ideal to visit Amsterdam from for a long weekend or holiday. It's located in the old centre of Ouderkerk aan de Amstel, with shops and supermarket just down the road. Nice restaurants and terraces on the river are around the corner. Ouderkerk aan de Amstel has many nice cycling routes in the area. Amsterdam is reachable with public transport (30 minutes), bicycle (40 minutes) or by car (15 minutes).
