Luxe appartement at Hivernage residence at Founty area in Agadir City. Very nice location in the best touristic district (beach at 5min, major supermarket at 2min by car). This recent appartement (2017) is located in a high standing residence with large gardens and several swimming pools. There are 2 bedrooms (one with a large double bed, the other with 2 single beds). One bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with flat TV and wifi. There are also 2 terraces.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Beautiful new sunny apt facing the sea very close to everything just by walking. Nice restaurants and snacks by the complex. No need for the car to eat or shop. There are surfing places right there.
