Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families. You have your own private deck with a beautiful view of the valley and hours of bird watching with full use of the pool and hot tub. Our property has a basketball court. Vineyard and winery guest house

Relax with friends or the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. A truly special space at an estate winery and vineyard. Three bedrooms each with a separate attached bathroom so everyone can have their own space. Two king rooms and one queen with a loft bed and a queen pullout couch in the living room. Enjoy a hot tub overlooking the vines and access to the tasting room at Dichotomy Vineyards. We provide some wine on arrival and the fixings for breakfast if you stay more than one night!

Mim's Place. Grandma's peaceful country home.

Mim's Place is a special place where all are welcome. Grandma Mim and Grandpa Pat built our little country farmhouse in 1940. It is a modest peaceful home surrounded by cattle and alpaca farms. Quail, dove birds and big horned owl are seen daily. Enjoy the sunrise over Horse Heaven Hills or the remarkable sunset as it falls over Mt. Adams. Only 3 miles away is Vintners Village, home to over 12 wineries and and great food. Prosser boasts over 35 wineries and is home to many wine events.

The Cottage at Sugarloaf Vineyard

Sugarloaf Cottage is a beautiful 3 bedroom cottage located in a very private setting on a Hilltop in the center of one of our vineyard's. Open concept home with outstanding views of the Yakima Valley and Cascade mountains while only 10 minutes from Yakima and all services. There are several wineries within 5 minutes' drive. The cottage is in an area frequently used by road and mountain bikers and hikers. You will be welcome to walk the vineyards and around sheep pastures on the farm.

One bedroom apartment attached to our home. Separate entrance, fully equipped kitchen, TV, Free WiFi, off street parking in quiet rural setting. In the colder months we are about a 45minute drive up White Pass for skiing and snowboarding. Exploring Mount Rainer isn’t just for summer adventures. It’s beautiful all year around.
