Ons landhuis is gelegen middenin de natuur, op de grens van prachtig bosrijk gebied en een oude rivierarm met daarachter een weiland met lakenvelder koeien en hun kalfjes. Natuurgebied. Ruim en compleet landhuis is onder architectuur gebouwd en heeft vijf slaapkamers (twaalf bedden). twee badkamers, volledig ingericht kookeiland, twee woonkamers en diverse terrassen. Er is een extra bed in de gastenwoonkamer beneden. Heerlijk rustig gelegen en het centrum van Ommen is op fiets- en loopafstand.

Er is ruime (gratis!) parkeergelegenheid. De gehele bovenwoning is ruim de helft van deze Villa met eigen keuken, woonkamer, badkamers, wc's en fijne tuin. 's Avonds zittend bij een vuurtje op de dijk, én op loopafstand van het sfeervolle centrum van Zutphen! De uiterwaarden liggen naast het huis, waar je heerlijk kunt wandelen en genieten van de rust. Je kunt onze 2persoons kayak lenen en het water opgaan, en er is een flipperkast in huis! De woning is zeer ruim met 140m2.
