Tucked away in the charming town of Livingston, TN, this cozy getaway is the ultimate place to relax. Locally owned and operated by family, for your convenience. This newly renovated getaway has all the extras you deserve right down to the luxury bedding, fluffy towels and coffee with fixings. You are within walking distance to the historical town square and short drive to several marinas on the famous Dale Hollow Lake and several State Parks. No pets allowed without prior approval and pet fee.

Freshly Remodeled House! Overlooks Dale Hollow!

When you arrive to The View At Happy Hollow, a bright and cheerfully remodeled 1440 sq ft house (summer 2024) with a wall of sliding doors to the large 16' X 30' lakeside covered decks on both floors provide a close-up panoramic view of beautiful Dale Hollow Lake from the inside and the outside. All bookings require Copies of Drivers Licenses for all adult guests staying in the property, a signed Rental Agreement and $500 Security Deposit "HOLD" placed on your credit card after booking.

Spacious Cottage: King Suite, Dog OK, Ten to Town

Off I-40 …exit 290 and easy drive to restaurants, shopping, wineries, breweries, waterfalls and hiking. The Cottage offers comforts of home in a beautiful park-like setting a few miles on the east side of Cookeville and above Algood. The Cottage is perfect for remote work (high speed WI-FI/VPN/ethernet) and is a great value with features like a king bed in a cozy bedroom with blackout - perfect for sleeping . The full kitchen is great for cooking with fresh coffee. Adventures galore!

The Suite at Waterloo Falls- entire suite

Located on Spring Creek, one of Tennessee's designated State Scenic Rivers, this property offers over 2,000 ft of river frontage, including 2 waterfalls. You'll have the entire custom-built suite to yourself with amazing views out every window. Listen to the springs pouring down the cliffside, birds chirping, and star gazing- all from your private porch. The entry is keyless for easy self-check in. We live on top of the hill and are available if you need anything.

Hilham House

Quaint older home where you can be downtown in 10 minutes for shopping and eating. The home is located just 4.5 miles from TTU on Hilham Rd. It’s on a 2 lane state highway. For the kids a pack n play and gates provided!(also used for dogs) Algood City Park is 4.5 miles away & Dogwood Park is within 6 miles. Want to get outdoors? Cummins Falls State park is 7 miles down the road! Lets not forget you can work out at Crossfit Mayhem. Its just a 10 minute drive.

Cottage w/ boat parking, 2.7mi to free boat launch

Located in Byrdstown, this welcoming cottage lets you experience it all with convenient on-site parking for vehicles and boat(s), a large fenced in deck & yard and a fully stocked kitchen. A quick 8-minute drive from the cottage you can be at Dale Hollow Lake. There is a FREE boat launch at Cove Creek recreation area (2.7 mi). After a day on the lake, you can unwind on the deck (seasonal lake views), sip a drink by the firepit or grill up burgers!

You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Enjoy all Cookeville and Algood have to offer! Just a couple of miles to Tennessee Tech. Ball fields are nearby! 2 miles off Highway 111. Not far off I40. Perfect if in town for weekend ball games, TN Tech events or just an overnight stay! This cozy 2BR has room for 4 guests. Full kitchen, washer and dryer and large yard. Pet friendly. This is a second story unit.
