Daytime, pull on your hiking boots and enjoy the many nearby state parks, lakes, and waterfalls. Just 3.5 miles off I-40, easy to bounce in town or down the mtn for the perfect meal. Zipline, paddleboat, campfires supplied & memories abound! Hosts available 24/7.

Enjoy your own peaceful getaway in the heart of Muddy Pond, Tennessee. LARGE INDOOR SALT WATER HEATED POOL 18 X 32 ft. From 3 ft to 6 ft deep This newly built fully- handicapped accessible studio apartment has a luxurious bath with a heated floor and walk in shower and a washer and dryer. Also a large deck with a gas grill. Located on a quiet road in a friendly community just minutes from quaint stores including leather shops, a general store, and the Country Porch. 🤩

Located on Spring Creek, one of Tennessee's designated State Scenic Rivers, this property offers over 2,000 ft of river frontage, including 2 waterfalls. You'll have the entire custom-built suite to yourself with amazing views out every window. Listen to the springs pouring down the cliffside, birds chirping, and star gazing- all from your private porch. The entry is keyless for easy self-check in. We live on top of the hill and are available if you need anything.

Hilham House

Quaint older home where you can be downtown in 10 minutes for shopping and eating. The home is located just 4.5 miles from TTU on Hilham Rd. It’s on a 2 lane state highway. For the kids a pack n play and gates provided!(also used for dogs) Algood City Park is 4.5 miles away & Dogwood Park is within 6 miles. Want to get outdoors? Cummins Falls State park is 7 miles down the road! Lets not forget you can work out at Crossfit Mayhem. Its just a 10 minute drive.

Bear Necessities by East Port Marina & Dale Hollow

Cabin is equipped with fireplace, WIFI, Smart TV’s, central heat and air conditioning, gas grill, and a hot tub. Bear Necessities can sleep 13 guests. The loft bedroom offers two queen size beds, and a private bathroom. The main floor offers a bedroom with a queen size bed, bathroom, kitchen complete with stove top range and oven, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. The living area offers a beautiful stone fireplace, and luxurious leather furniture.

Cottage w/ boat parking, 2.7mi to free boat launch

Located in Byrdstown, this welcoming cottage lets you experience it all with convenient on-site parking for vehicles and boat(s), a large fenced in deck & yard and a fully stocked kitchen. A quick 8-minute drive from the cottage you can be at Dale Hollow Lake. There is a FREE boat launch at Cove Creek recreation area (2.7 mi). After a day on the lake, you can unwind on the deck (seasonal lake views), sip a drink by the firepit or grill up burgers!
