Charming historic bungalow located just outside of the buzz of downtown Tulsa. Enjoy the perks of staying in a comfy house yet still having quick access to activities of downtown & access to the IDL (inner downtown loop highway) less than a mile away. This one bedroom house has a front porch, full bath, Wi-Fi, smart TV, fully stocked kitchen, dedicated workspace, shelves of books to enjoy and a fenced in back yard. Guests will have the entire space to themselves: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a full kitchen and living room! Host is an aspiring Animator and lives in the “mother in law suite” on the property - same building! Kitchen door divides the property with locks on both sides. The laundry room is on the “mother in law’s” side. Host parks in the back! Driveway in construction!

The Apartment Away

We welcome you to The Apartment Away from busy city streets with private entry, just outside of Owasso. Your private entrance opens to a living room with smart TV, fully stocked kitchen with island, and laundry room. The spacious bedroom has a queen size memory foam mattress, and en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Heated and cooled attached sunroom is great for watching wildlife. We are on 2 wooded acres just a couple miles from shops and stores, in a safe and quiet country neighborhood.

The oversized sectional is the perfect place to cozy up and watch your favorite show on the Smart TV. Or serve dinner in the dining room with French doors that open to the patio. In the back you’ll find a hot tub, smart TV, couch, dart board, wine fridge, cornhole, etc. Plush beds await when you’re ready to call it a night. *Fireplace is not working.

Private Studio Apartment in Claremore

A great overnight stop or week away from home. The studio is attached to homeowners house (converted garage space) but has separate, private coded entry. Driveway parking for one car. TV with antenna channels and streaming capability, free Netflix, fast WiFi available. Kitchenette area with coffee maker, fridge, sink and microwave. Empty nesters occupy home. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Two person maximum. Spacious open floor plan - one bedroom, one bathroom. The bed is a queen size bed.

Suburban Sleepover

Great for whole-family getaways, friend reunions, or work travel. This “suburban sleepover” is set with three queen beds along with two full sized couches. There are two full bathrooms. The kitchen and living room can comfortably accommodate groups! The kitchen is fully stocked, and the living room has a smart TV for your convenience. There is a back patio table and front porch swing to sit and sip coffee or tea in the mornings. Plus, the two-car garage is free for parking!
