A newly renovated farmhouse is the perfect getaway for any large family or couple looking to slip away to a quiet family farm located in Jackson County, home of the Daniel Boone National Forest and 15 minutes away from Flat Lick Falls. We have 4 BR. The bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo. The living room has a couch, loveseat, recliner and smart tv. Free wifi. A full kitchen with all new appliances and a large dining area to accommodate a large family. Full size washer and dryer & central h&a.

The Old Farmhouse at Cedars Hill

The Old Farmhouse at Cedars Hill is located on an 80-acre working farm in the rural Eastern Kentucky Appalachian Mountains, an area rich in history and tradition. A perfect place to relax and enjoy bird watching from the front porch, hike on the farm, or on a summer night, star gaze, watch fireflies and listen to the sounds of the occasional whippoorwill call or that of a Great Horned Owl while gathered around a fire in the fire pit.

Bullskin Farm

Looking for a serene setting to host a large family or small group? Bullskin Farm is perfectly located on 600 acres in the beautiful Kentucky foothills of the Appalachian Mountains and surrounded by the Daniel Boone National Forest. The property includes a fishing pond, as well as a creek (Bullskin Creek, thus the property name) which is great for wading in the summer. Beautiful mountain views and is close to ATV and riding trails as well as fishing in the South Fork of the Kentucky River.

Cozy Mountain Cabin Getaway

Get away from it all at our cozy cabin with three queen beds in the mountains. Enjoy a quiet stay while you rest, walk around our pond and even fish if you desire, all while enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. There is a creek that runs in front of the cabin as well as on the side. It is accessible, however, you have to go down a small embankment to get there. Children (my grandchildren anyway), love this! Located 45 minutes from Natural Bridge State Park, and 1 hr. from Red River Gorge .

Just a few to mention are Flat Lick Falls, Red River Gorge and Natural Bridge as well as numerous restaurants and shopping. Our local fishing and swimming area known as Station Camp Creek is just a 15 minute drive. There's also hiking trails as well as horse riding and atv trails with wildlife around. My cabin in Gabriel Fork sits on a 100 acres and is nestled in between two 1,500' ridges. I am the only private Landowner for miles in the Daniel Boone National Forest. This is a great little get away in a peaceful, remote, Kentucky location. This cabin is the perfect place to relax and take in the outdoors whether its for a weekend or a week, Gabriel Fork won't disappoint. Its a great place to bring the family or hunting crew to explore what the real Kentucky outdoors has to offer.
