Welcome to our cosy 1 bedroom ground floor annexe apartment, nestled in the heart of the lovely village of Pennard/Southgate. Located just a short walk to Pennard Castle, the stunning Three Cliffs Bay and Pobbles. Along with a golf club and course, local pub, cafes and convenience stores, a park, library and chemist. A perfect starting point for exploring Gower and beyond, we offer a parking space right outside and are a 1 minute walk to the bus stop which offers routes to and around Swansea.

It is good for couples or a family, for the beach, or lots of walks, or functions at Oxwich Bay Hotel. Every detail and design feature has been thought through – Anglepoise lamps, Toast wool cushions, Ercol table and chairs, Welsh slate floor to name but a few.

Village amenities such as an artisan bakery, independent shop/ cafe and heritage centre are all within a three or four minute walk.

You can walk to the Michelin Star Beach House restaurant and Oxwich Bay Hotel. It is 20 minute drive to The Mumbles with its boutique shopping, Pier and Castle. Our apartment is perfect for a relaxing getaway and activities such as SUP boarding,kayaking walking, running, swimming and take a Sauna at Ty Sauna on Oxwich beach after.
