Enjoy the entire upstairs guest house on an old tree farm with many amazing varieties of trees, just 5 miles from the Atlantic Ocean! You will be a quick 10 minute drive from the best of the Delaware and Maryland Beaches. Relax in the shade by day, take a nature walk on the trails around the property, and star gaze at night with extremely low light pollution. We have room for your bikes, kayaks, and trailer.

Country Private Vacation House

Stay at our lovely home and enjoy a peaceful and quiet country setting. Come back after the beach and cook on the grill and relax in our private home sitting at the end of Derikson Creek. Large wrap around back deck with a view down the creek and into the woods. Plenty of room inside with a large living room, dining room, gourmet kitchen, and 3 bedrooms. Our cozy home is just minutes away from Bayside Resort, Restaurants, Assowoman Wildlife Refuge, and Delaware and Maryland Beaches.

Creek Suite

The Creek Suite is a special place Private entrance. Nicely decorated the suite has a beautiful relaxing Sunroom with an outstanding view of the creek and all the wildlife. Comfortable seating has a comfortable king bed and TV with cable the kitchenette is custom with a two burner hot plate small refrigerator. There is an ice maker, Keurig coffee maker and both kcups and fresh coffee beans and grinder. The bath has a stall shower. We will have fresh eggs for you from our chickens

Delightful Skoolie Near Bethany Beach

Try tiny living! Come to the Delaware beach for a unique glamping experience. The Coastal Cruiser is a 1985 Thomas School Bus turned tiny home. Spend your days exploring the Delaware Coast and come home to a rustic Skoolie with a full kitchen & outdoor area. You have access to fire pit, grill, and outdoor seating area. We’ve renovated- there is a bunk bed, and a full bathroom with toilet, shower, and sink. The bathroom is in a separate building about 20 ft from the bus.

Sunflower Farms

Family Farm built in 1940, same family has owned the property for over 300 years. Recently renovated, original floors, both levels. Farm living at it's finest, but still close to the beach. It's the best of both worlds. This old gem has A bit of old cellar, old wood, paste wax and Grandma. Original wood floors downstairs are waxed and polished. Upstairs are original farm slat floors. Our beautiful home has everything you and your family needs! Relax on the patio and enjoy the canal breezes in this Fenwick Island home. This rancher style has 3 bedrooms and boat dock access! Our home has plenty of natural light that includes two queen size beds and two twin beds. There are two full bathrooms and an outdoor shower(open seasonally). There is plenty of parking with a driveway that holds 4 cars.
