Relax in the hot tub overlooking the river and walk across the street to get your coffee and scone at the "Grateful Bread" bakery. Our family beach cabin was fully remodeled in 2019 with all new everything. We have designed our space for families and couples looking for a quiet beach retreat with easy beach access. We are only 4 houses from one of the quietest beaches in the area and only a 5 minute drive to Pacific City. Local activities include hiking, kayaking, surfing, and dune buggies at Sand Lake. Easy day trips to Tillamook or Lincoln City also make this an excellent home base for all of your adventures.

Welcome to River Rest on the beautiful Nestucca River! Our four bedroom, two bathroom home is the perfect retreat for families or couples who want to relax on the river. The backyard is the river, so sit back and enjoy the view. Bring your own watercraft to launch off of our dock, or use the double kayak or canoe that is available. We are quick walk to the beach, too.

Welcome to the pet-friendly Casita de Chowder! We love dogs so much, we named this house after our pup, Chowder. We are located 3 blocks from beach access and 5 blocks from downtown Lincoln City, but don’t be surprised if you are tempted to spend most of your getaway in this cozy casita!

This "Retro" home was built back in 1935 and has so much character with a gorgeous view of Netarts Bay. Close to clamming and crabbing and you can easily walk to the Bay and Ocean. Upper level apartment with a separate lower level apt available to rent!
