Pacific Grove Mid Century Near Beach

Mid Century Pacific Grove house on 17 Mile Drive. Just a couple blocks from the Pebble Beach gate. Great area. Close enough to walk to town restaurants & shops, Asilomar State Beach & other sites all within minutes of our home. Private yard with a deck & outdoor furniture for entertaining. Lic. # 0289 - Our City STR Permit restricts us to a max of 2 adults/1 car per reservation. Any additional guests MUST be under 18 years old. We cannot & will not make exceptions to either restriction.

Carmel By the Canyon

Our studio is located in Carmel, less than a mile from the town center. The house faces out over Hatton Canyon and affords a private rural setting yet close to Big Sur, Pebble Beach, Monterey, etc. 15 Minute walk to Carmel downtown. A hub to explore Big Sur and all the Monterey Peninsula has to offer. Due to certain regulatory changes regarding minimum stay, the dates you are requesting may not be available. While we prefer longer stays, do make an inquiry to us about the dates you want.

Perfect home base to enjoy the Peninsula with family. Located on a quiet one-way street. Park in a private gated driveway. A block down to the Lovers Point beach, or up to P.G. city center. Every house has a story but few are as iconic as La Piccola Casa. Built in early 1900, La Piccola has had a diverse journey. This lovely Victorian lady spent her early years as a Pacific Grove residence before becoming La Piccola Pizzeria & Coffee Shop in 2005. After years of serving thousands of guests, La Piccola has taken on a new life. Lovingly restored by restaurateurs, Joe & Laurie Rombi, she has returned to her roots as a residence while still retaining memories of her culinary past.
