This is a newly remodeled 3 bed 2 bath with large backyard with hot tub and a large driveway for boat parking. You will enjoy all of the amenities and nice touches. Fastest high speed internet available in the area. it's also in a nice, quiet and safe neighborhood close to restaurants, stores and a short walk to the Rim trail.

The backyard is fully fenced, so feel free to bring your dog, and the large lot / gate leaves room to park your boat. There's also additional parking on the street. The backyard is very serene and well kept with a few fruit trees, so feel free to enjoy some fresh plums, pears, or cherries depending on season.
