Villa Dimi consists of two parts (main residence and guest rooms) separated by a large terrace (patio) that forms one unit together with the terrace in front of the villa and the swimming pool. Villa Gyri is a brand new construction of 50sqm and it is comprised of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and an open plan kitchen/dining/living area, leading directly to the outdoor area where our guests will find a swimming pool, an outdoor shower, a barbeque area, an outdoor dining table, and sunbeds for lounging. This villa accommodates 2 adults and also 2 children as there is a sofa which can convert into a bed which sleeps 2. In the living room there is a 43' smart TV.

The famous “Myrtos” beach and the peninsula Assos, are at 30 minutes accessible.
