The living room is equipped with Smart TV 55" with all streaming plattforms and a selection of Italian, English and french books. The Kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils to hopefully meet your every need. The bedrooms with the characteristic vaulted roofs are equipped with double windows to eliminate any external noise, memory foam beds and charging stations for electronic devices. The winter garden is the gem of the house, a wonderful green oasis where you can relax. Near all the most important services such as pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants, trattorias, bars and pubs in the historic center, our apartment is an ideal solution to enjoy a peaceful corner while being in the center of Catania nightlife. ROOMS The sleeping area has been designed to make your stay as pleasant and relaxing as possible. Each room is equipped with modern fixtures, a very comfortable memory foam double bed and a queen-size sofa bed. In addition, each guest will have a workstation for recharging their electronic devices. LIVING ROOM In our spacious and welcoming living area, you can relax reading one of the many books made available for our guests or watch movies and TV series in the 55 "Smart TV, equipped with terrestrial channels and digital" Fire TV "support that will allow you to access to popular streaming platforms like Prime Video, Netflix, Infinity and DAZN. Elegante attico di 135mq nel cuore del Barocco catanese, servito da ascensore, con terrazza panoramica su via Etnea, piazza Università. L'appartamento si compone di ampia zona giorno, con cucina attrezzata (lavastoviglie, forno, piano ad induzione, macchina del caffè), e due ampie suites matrimoniali con bagno privato. Dotato di aria condizionata/riscaldamento, WIFI, TV in ogni stanza, lavabiancheria, asciugacapelli, è stato interamente ristrutturato con uno stile ricercato, dal design moderno.

Domenico Tempio’s house

Meraviglioso e accogliente monolocale situato al secondo piano di un prestigioso edificio nel cuore di Catania, unico per posizione, stile e arredi d’epoca. Fu abitata dal noto poeta Catanese Domenico Tempio (1750-1821). L’abitazione è formata da: - sala con un grande letto e tavolo da pranzo/zona lavoro - cucina completa; - bagno. Si trova in una posizione strategica, davanti alla chiesa di San Placido, a pochi metri dal duomo di Sant’Agata, e dalle principali attrazioni che la città offre.

La casa è in centro storico nel Palazzo Hernandez del 1700, si affaccia con la sua splendida terrazza sul porto di Catania e sull'antico quartiere della Civita a pochi metri dal Duomo e vicina ai maggiori punti d'interesse, a 15 min a piedi dalla stazione dei treni e a 150 mt dal bus per l'aeroporto. È al terzo piano senza ascensore, ha due stanze da letto silenziose, l'aria condizionata in tutta la casa, il wifi veloce (4K), una cassa bluetooth, la lavatrice e la cucina è ben attrezzata.
