During the warmer months, enjoy a zip line ride, hiking, mountain biking, or a swim in Kaaterskill Creek, then relax and unwind in our spacious sunroom. Hunter Ski Resort is 15 minutes away, Wyndham Ski Resort is 30 minutes away, and several NY state park trailheads are steps from the front door.

The house features reclaimed wood pieces and local furniture finds alongside mid century modern touches that give it a unique and stylish appearance. The cottage sits on a scenic property at the gateway to the Catskills. Natural Beauty and amenities make this a perfect retreat. Our family including a sweet lab mix live on property across the drive and share the greater yard. Dogs are welcome on approval.

Please note that this is an off-grid camping cabin without water, but there is electricity.

The treehouse resides on the locally famous Fernwood property. Our family ran a restaurant here since the 1970's. We no longer operate the restaurant, but the property is gorgeous. The treehouse is at the end of a road with a private swimming hole. Right out of the treehouse is the entrance to the famous long trail, plenty of hiking here. Also in town is the entrance to The Catskill Wild Forest. Hiking into Kaaterskill Falls is one of the main attractions here in town.
