The Pearl of Lake Saint George

Enjoy this beautiful lakefront cottage on pristine Lake St. George with amazing sunrises. The home is year round and heated. Less than a mile from Lake St. George Brewing Company, John’s Ice Cream, and Lori’s Café, the state park and boat launch is also less than three miles away. First floor has 1 bedroom (queen bed), a full bathroom, full kitchen with all essentials, and utility room with a washer and a dryer. The second floor has a half bath and three bedrooms (king, and two queen beds).

The Barn

I call my place "The Barn" because as I was finishing it it took the shape and feel of a barn. It's not a barn. It's a quiet post and beam open concept building (a Jamaica Cottages kit) set among the fields of Appleton, Maine. You'll sleep in the loft or on a futon on the main floor. The bathroom is huge, 10X10, with a heated floor. It's an open concept kitchen and living space. From Appleton you are 20 miles away from the tourist destinations of Camden, Rockland, and Belfast.

Modern Cabin on Crie Hill

Unwind at this secluded hillside hideaway. Perched above the valley with sweeping ridge views, this newly built cabin blends comfort with privacy. Begin your day soaking in the outdoor tub as morning mist drifts up from the valley below, or gather around the granite fire pit in the evening while grilling under the open sky. Designed with sustainability in mind, the retreat runs on solar power backed by a quiet propane generator to ensure a worry-free stay even on cloudy days.

Scenic Escape: Close to Coast, Trails & Adventures

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars. We have enjoyed the journey of transforming this maple shack into a tiny cabin. Year round house with heat, full bath with shower, toilet, sink, hot water and kitchenette with refrigerator, electric cook top, outdoor grill. We have some minor finishing touches to complete (interior trim and landscaping) and have priced the tiny house to enjoy “pre final” completion.

Hunting, fishing, hiking, biking, skiing, and snowmobiling, to name a few of the many activities available. We are 2 miles from Oakland Waterfront Park on Messalonskee Lake and just over an hour drive from both beaches and ski resorts.

Enjoy the outdoors with valley views on 6 acres of meadow. Situated in the China Lakes region with much fishing, boating, hiking, and an ATV trail. All just minutes away! Dogs welcome!
