A Praia da Costa Nova fica apenas a 3 km, podendo usufruir de passadiços junto ao mar para fazer o percurso entre a Barra e a Costa Nova. A cidade de Aveiro fica apenas a 10km onde poderá usufruir de uma imensidão de atividades culturais e de lazer.

The architecture could become secondary, had it not been so thoroughly designed. Casa do Mercado is situated in the heart of Aveiro, this typical house is surrounded by many local shops, restaurants, coffee shops and terraces. Around the house, there are many nocturn life until 2 am(weekend) or 10 pm(week).
