You can walk 🚶‍♂️ at any time in our safe neighborhood...the space is large comfortable very private ..Everything is new ; the bed is a KING STEARN & FOSTER MATRESS ; a large patio all for you , with a BBQ grill & Utensils , a Conue for two , 2 bikes and over looking at tropical trees & birds 🐦..

The home is 1600 sqft and your space is 335 sqft, private and cozy!!! It has a bedroom, living room and a full bath. parking is under carport for those tropical rainy days ( please park on the right side) it's shared space. There are two smart t.v which have Netflix, tubi, YouTube and others. the kitchenette has a keurig, compact size fridge and microwave. we have beach chairs/ towels, outside shower, hot and cold water. *cats on property!!! *dog named Lucy *ages 21 and over

The Riverside Bungalow

The Riverside Bungalow bungalow is located on 2 acres of historic land. Built in 1900 & originally known as the Kentucky Military Institute the buildings are over 124 years old. The property overlooks the Eau Gallie River, perfect for kayaking, fishing, & boating adventures. We are 3 miles from the beach and 2 miles from the Melbourne Airport. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway this is the place for you. You can watch the local wildlife all day and enjoy the serenity.

It's VERY QUIET AND ON THE INDIAN RIVER. It's like a private resort with tropical landscape, nature trail, river views, hot tub, heated swim spa, multi-level decks, tennis court, boat ramp, fishing, park and playground. Everything you'd want in a resort without all the people! The two large bedrooms have queen beds and nice windows and views. The living room is comfortable and the kitchen includes a washer/dryer and has plenty of room and storage for long-term stays.

Take a stroll down to the marina or Rosetter or Houston park and read about the historic homes along the way. Or skip the gym for a 3-mile walk instead, over the Eau Gallie bridge to Canova Beach.

Crane Creek Inn Dolphin Suite: Waterfront Pool!

Welcome to the Crane Creek Inn. Built in 1925, the historic property is situated directly on beautiful Crane Creek, just one block away from everything Downtown Melbourne has to offer. At 600 sqft, the Dolphin Suite is our largest unit and includes a full kitchen, perfect for an extended stay. It has a private entrance from the pool deck. Guests staying in this suite do not have access to the main house.
