The cottage has a private garden (c. 400m2) where you can rest, listen to the birds, enjoy the view to the hill, work or read, quietly. The wine route of the Setúbal Peninsula and the shops selling artisanal sweets and cheeses (Azeitão) offer memorable sensory experiences, but there's much more to see and enjoy.

A family personal leisure space now opened for ocasional guests. The property is a 2200 square meter green space located in a rural area 15 minutes from Lisbon with easy access to highways to south and west coast beaches . Property highlights are the wood porch and the heated pool. With 14 meter wide and 6 wide, has variable depth and heated around 28 ºC. The water purification is by a salt system. The whole idea for the place was that we could live the fantasy of a luxury resort of our own.
