The cabin feels secluded and peaceful, yet is in a central location close to all the Palmer/Wasilla area has to offer and also a quick drive to Anchorage. Enjoy some local coffee or tea on the deck, admire art by local Alaskan artists, and sit by the fireplace and read a book by an Alaskan author. You are sure to be cozy in this home away from home.

Escape to our breathtaking log cabin mountain retreat in Palmer and experience one of the best views in all of Alaska. This fully furnished cabin offers three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, ensuring ample space for your family. Immerse yourself in the serene beauty of the valley mountain range from the expansive deck, complete with a hot tub featuring soothing jets. Relax and rejuvenate in the custom-built cedar sauna or indulge in the luxury of a steam shower after a day of outdoor adventures.

Simple Alaskan Beauty Cabin

A "Tiny Cabin", there is 1 full bed. No sleeper sofa. The kitchen counters are refurbished old barn doors, the long wall is pallet wood, the wood floors have been torched and sealed for a rustic look. The cabin is 12x20, perfect for two guests and a small child can sleep on the loveseat (not a pullout) There is one full bed in the cabin. It is a dry cabin, (no ability to shower) We do provide a counter top water system (5 gallon jugs) to freshen up and bottled water in the refrigerator.

Quaint rural cabin near Hatcher Pass

A small cabin built like a studio apartment. Very roomy and homey — quaint, quiet and simple. There’s a garden with fresh greens and herbs for your enjoyment and world class hiking and skiing within 10 minutes. Palmer and Wasilla are 15 minutes away. There’s a large parking area and shed with fun outdoor gear to use, as well as a wood burning cedar sauna. Though we ask that you request/message before using it. Want pets? Send a private message we offer pets with a cleaning deposit.

We DO NOT charge extra for cleaning,dogs, people or taxes.we like to know if kids/dogs. The space is over a garage (500 sq ft) Studio style,open cheery place. Only 2 miles off highway,good road right up to door. Has 2 small decks.relaxing scenery, due to remodeling private fire pit not available You can get your exercise walking to the lake. Dock. We have loons, eagles, and some other Wildlife. On 17 mile lake. Has trout, so bring a pole. Great couple getaway. Questions just ask.

Don't worry, we have added modern conveniences to make your stay comfortable. Sip coffee at my granny's table while you plan your day, take in the mountain views from your kayak on the lake, and enjoy a cozy evening campfire. Make this cabin your home base as you explore some of Alaska’s top attractions!

Hatcher Pass Basecamp Chalets are nestled at the base of Hatcher Pass in Palmer, Alaska. Enjoy the trails from your front door and use the chalet for all your adventures in Hatcher Pass. Hiking, biking, skiing, sledding, await you just outside the cabin door. Each chalet is 2 bed 2 bath with washer and dryer and modern features like radiant in floor heat.

Beautiful cabin nestled in the trees with gorgeous views of the mountains, 1/2 mile from Kings River access and 31 miles from the Matanuska Glacier Park. Our cabin is located just off the North Glenn Highway 62 miles from Anchorage, Alaska and 15 miles from Palmer, Alaska.

We are 10 min outside of Wasilla on the west side of Wasilla, and a good jumping off place to your your trip to interior Alaska. The cabin is located a moderate 250 step hike from our parking area including two outdoor sets of steps so, self check-in is not an option.
