The place has a veranda which has a great view of Burnham park's Athletic Bowl. There's a parking slot for one car, the place has a guard too. Fiber wifi is newly installed at the unit. The building is beside the main road - so street noise can be heard in your unit. Near restaurants, the park, etc - you won't lack for anything interesting to do/ go to.
