It is a cozy, romantic,bright , fully renovated and fully equipped, first floor apartment, centrally located, close to metro station Evangelismos, kalimarmaro stadium with wonderful view to Pagrati Park. It has one comfortable bedroom (double bed), a beautiful living room with a double sofa-bed, T.V., free-wifi, air-condition, bathroom and kitchen. Specifically, the kitchen has oven, refrigerator, dining table, microwave, coffee machine and all the housewares.
