Condo sleeps 4 people comfortably with a great view of the mountains from the bedroom and within walking distance to the Navajo ski lifts. The condo complex has two hot tubs, swimming pool, steam room, sauna, spa, restaurant, cafe, bar, weight room, bbq utensils (available at the front desk) and store (with daily activities for the guests).

A violation of either policy or if the room is excessively dirty, will be subject to a $250 cleaning fee.
