The home's decor is French Provincial , features two bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and the other with a super King that can be split into two singles if required, each with it’s own personal ensuite Sunny open plan living with kitchen and a private, sunny indoor out-door deck area taking advantage of harbour & island sea views. Also handy to the Karaka Bloodstock Centre for those with Equine interests. Plenty of room for parking (including a horsefloat).

Peaceful and cosy ground floor apartment in private home with own garden. In a quiet cul-de-sac. The apartment has it's own separate enterance and is totally separate from our living. One large bedroom and a large bathroom with a great full pressure shower. Only minutes walk from public transport, cafes, bars and gym. Walking distance to Ellerslie race course. Lovely inner city suburb of Auckland. There is lots of parking on our quiet street. Smokers, a great out door area to relax.

This room is closer to our entrance and therefore you may hear our family comings and goings It has a very comfortable king size bed and a large flat screen tv with netflix
