This small studio is perfect for visitors who want a cheap, warm place to stay and use it as a base to explore the nature around Konitsa. A contemporary stone house in the village of Koukouli, in central Zagori of 130sqm, that was built according to the traditional Zagorian architectural style and completed in 2002. The dominant architectural features are stone and wood. The interior of the house is tastefully designed and features all modern conveniences. It consists of three bedrooms, a living room with a fireplace, two kitchens and two bathrooms. The house is surrounded by a garden with many stone terraces.

It is a traditional, restored, two-storey, stone-built guesthouse situated in Megalo Papigko. The three arches you see entering the house are a sample of the local architecture. It offers 3 bedrooms, a living room, a shared lounge, 3 bathrooms and the kitchen, which is an independent building in the same courtyard. There you can enjoy your breakfast, coffee or tsipouro, sitting by the fireplace. The house is ideal for groups and families with or without children.

This beautiful country house is located in Megalo Papigo of Zagori, one of the most popular villages of the Zagorochoria complex, built on the slopes of Tymfi, at an altitude of 960 meters and 60 km northeast of the city of Ioannina. The residence, built in 2002, is a typical example of Zagorian architecture, while the whole settlement is proclaimed traditional. The area attracts tourists throughout the year.

The house in the village was built with love and respect for nature. It is all made of stone and wood, characteristic architecture of the houses of Zagori. The stones used in the construction of this house were all handpicked by the home owners and all the decorative items are family heirlooms up to 5 generations back.

One unique open-space on three levels for a stay in nature, at less than one km from the village of Ktistades. On request during the stay, possibility to enjoy a traditional sauna. Mountains and rivers around allow activities such as trekking, canyoning and rafting.
