Montezuma Heights Art House

The home is placed on one of the most impressing locations in the country. The house was co-designed, with Kata Jung (Kata made significant projects in the area). Art, antic doors / windows and nature . The ocean views from the house are one of it's kind. The starry night from at the roof terrace is spectacular. 300ft./100m above the ocean. No air condition(great breeze and ventilators) shared pool(with Geco and Buho cabin), 4X4 recommended. The place is family orientated and not a party place.

Bohemian jungle house with the best location!

Ranchito Morado is a funky colorful comfy house steps away from the beach and one of the best surf spots of Santa Teresa. You can walk to many restaurants, "sodas" (costarican food), bars, supermarket, surf shop, etc. At the same time the house is very private, on a small hill with fresh air!
