Amplo apartamento situado numa das mais antigas casas de Paquetá, numa rua tranquila e silenciosa, rodeada de verde, a 30 mts. do mar e 15 min. a pé da estação das barcas. Está alojado dentro de uma ampla casa residencial de uma família de 4 pessoas ao lado de importante região histórica da ilha. A entrada é comum as duas casas, porém todo o espaço do apartamento é privativo. Todos os ambientes são arejados, com uma varanda de tirar o fôlego e a certeza de que seus momentos serão inesquecíveis.
