Built in 2021 to the highest standards, for extended family. Located about 15 minutes from downtown Burlington & downtown Winooski w/ access to all manner of outdoor & maritime activities! We encourage you to enjoy coffee on the dock in the morning! Views from the house vary with the season due to the leaves on the trees. The lake is always beautiful.

Rustic lakefront 1 bedroom cottage on Keeler Bay, Lake Champlain. Ideal for a couple or small family. Enjoy a Vermont getaway filled with nights by the fire and stunning sunrises. This relaxing location is close proximity to great local restaurants and endless shops in Burlington, VT (25 minute drive). Spacious beach (although not ideal for swimming) we welcome guests to bring kayaks and canoes, plus a dock slip for all of your nautical activities! This property will leave you wanting more.

Rockhaven, a romantic getaway is a rare find. Step back in time and enjoy almost 600' of lake shore on Vermont's unique Lake Champlain with 180 degree views, from westerly views to New York's Adirondacks, through the north and east to Vermont's Green Mountains. This private site is 2 acres with mature trees, meadows, and wooded buffers, ensuring a peaceful and private stay. There are two cottages available; they can be rented separately or together. Each is one bedroom with private bath.

A short walk to lake access, perfect for paddleboarding or kayaking. Our nearby main home is also available to rent for larger groups.

Located at the end of a narrow dead-end driveway right on Keeler Bay in South Hero, this home allows you to enjoy the quiet sanctuary of lake life with only a little over two miles between you and in-town convenience.
