Angel's Villa Sunset Kythnos

Angel’s Villa is located 3 hours from the port of Piraeus and just 1 hour and 40 minutes from the port of Lavrion . It is a home by the sea, south of Kythnos at Agios Dimitrios, 17 km (20 minutes) from the island's main port of Merichas. The villa has a large courtyard with unlimited sea views. There is a lounge and dining area outside. Inside, the guest will find everything they need to make their stay enjoyable. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms, and a larger bathroom.

My place is close to the Loutra Marina, just meters away from the beach and the hot springs. The local restaurants and bars are a couple of minutes walk. There are several other beaches only minutes driving. The are also several out-door activities nearby. You’ll love my place because for the convenient location (close to the beach and local shops), the modern design, relaxing atmosphere and our great hospitality. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers.

Beach Front House At Potamia, Kythnos Island

75 sqm split level, 2 bedroom beach front house ideal for relaxing, tranquil vacations. It is located on a secluded sandy beach with emerald crystal clear waters well protected from northern winds, which is accessible through the property. The beach of Potamia is reached by a 5 min walk or swim from our beach and Agios Sostis beach by 10 min walk (see in photos). The veranda has a wonderful combined view of the sea and the surrounding mountains.

Rural Kea Farmhouse

Enjoy a rural farmhouse in a mediterranean landscape with an Aegean background! Beautiful and serene, away from touristy spots. Our Rural Kea House stands as a remembrance of rural architecture in Kea, 100 years ago. A stone farmhouse, traditionally built and yet modern. A place to come to and relax, enjoy a glass of wine under the stars or contemplating the view.

A traditional stone house literally built on the sand just a few meters from the seawater. You sleep and you wake up by the pure sound of soft waves and birds.Resting for one week in this house will make you feel like you have rested for a full month. Some guests say that the photos do not justify the place. It is a lot nicer being here in person.

Το σπίτι είναι 40 τμ είναι ιδανικό για διακοπές και χαλάρωση. Έχει δυνατότητα φιλοξενίας 4 ατόμων. Το ένα δωμάτιο έχει ένα διπλό κρεβάτι και το άλλο έχει καναπέ που γίνεται διπλό κρεβάτι ή δύο μονά ανεξάρτητα. Είναι ευάερο με απεριόριστη θέα στο Αιγαίο.

To σπίτι μου χτίστηκε το 2012 ακολουθώντας την αρχιτεκτονική των σπιτιών της Χώρας Κύθνου.Ήταν ένας παλαιός φούρνος της γιαγιάς Μαρίας που έφτιαχνε μέλι.τυρί και υπήρχε ένας αργαλειός που ύφαινε υφαντά!!
