Staying at the Park Cottage means you get a clean and sanitized home all to yourself, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, comfy living area with internet connected TV, second floor loft with two single beds and play area for kids. You also get a sunroom with beautiful forest views, and an outdoor firepit. We are located adjacent to Paris Mountain State Park property, and a State Park Pass is included in your stay.

Downtown Greenville is 20 minutes away: variety of restaurants to choose from, Greenville Drive Baseball, Greenville-zoo, Falls Park, and more! Close State Parks: Paris Mountain- 10 min, Jones Gap- 25 min, Table Rock- 40 min, Caesar’s Head- 45 min.

Our cabin is located on Paris Mountain, a drive of less than 20 minutes to downtown Greenville and 7 minutes to downtown Travelers Rest. This is our home part of the year, so you can be assured of a stay where pride of ownership is reflected. The Cottage at Old Oaks Farm

Built in the early 1900's, this serene cottage is located approximately one mile from Furman University at the base of Paris Mt. It has been lovingly improved, but the floors are a bit slanted and no corner is exactly square. Located in a neighborhood on a five acre farm, it consists of three large rooms, comfortably furnished and lots of natural light. The cottage is convenient to downtown Greenville(5 miles),Travelers Rest, Furman, and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. No pet fee or cleaning fee.

Welcome to a house of SC history, built just as the Civil War was ending. Five generations have loved this home. It used to sit as part of a farm on the dirt road between Greenville and Travelers Rest. The owners, still part of the original family, are nearby and willing to help accommodate as much as possible! You are within walking distance of the Swamp Rabbit Trail and Furman University. Travelers Rest, with all its charm, is a couple minutes up the road!
