It is a short walk to all the Park Circle restaurants, breweries, parks, bars, and more. Holy City Brewery, Firefly Distillery, and Riverfront park are right by the house. To enjoy the beach head about 25-35 min to Sullivans Island, Isle of Palms or Folly Beach. Please note there is a train track behind backyard fence.

It’s centrally located for all the Charleston area has to offer. 20 minutes to downtown, Isle of Palms and Sullivans Island beaches. The house is newly remodeled. The kitchen has new appliances and is ready for basic cooking. The two bedrooms each have a new queen size mattress. The Jack and Jill bathroom provides access to each bedroom. The large backyard has a deck and privacy fence.
