Whether you are coming to Parksville to visit family, friends or enjoy the beach and outdoor activities it is known for, this stylish townhome will make you feel at home. Located at Sunrise Ridge resort, this townhome is well equipped for short or longer stays. Conveniently located close to town and the highly popular Rathtrevor beach, you will not have to drive far to make some memories. You will enjoy all the perks of the resort such as the year round outdoor hot tub, seasonal pool and gym.

This is a dog friendly condo, close to many beaches and walking trails. *One well behaved dog is welcome per group. As per strata policy, the dog must not be higher than 22 inches at the shoulder ($150 Pet Fee).

The townhouse looks out into forest parkland and is an easy five minute stroll through the resort to Rathtrevor beach. The beautiful sand beach stretches out almost a kilometre at low tide offering safe sandy beaches and warm water swimming.

Oceanside Escapes

Oceanside Escapes is a year-round destination, perfect for a romantic weekend away or an annual trip with family and friends. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is pet friendly (additional fee) and is available for bookings for five nights or more during the summer season (2026 onwards) and two nights or more during the balance of the year. The cabin is situated on two floors, with a loft style third bedroom and bathroom on the upstairs level.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located place. This is a great kickoff spot for those looking to explore central, west, and north Vancouver Island. We are a few minutes walk to Sunny Beach Road, a favourite beach spot amongst locals. A cafe, pub, ice cream shop, and many nature trails are all just a short walk away. The cottage is equipped with a queen size bed. A fold out cot is available for a 3rd guest.
