Located within a quiet street of the popular inner suburb on the fringe of the City of Melbourne, BRUNSWICK, 400m to the left is Barkly Square Shopping Complex, Sydney Rd with its Middle Eastern Cafes and Restaurants, walk or catch a tram to the City Centre, first stop to the left is Princes Park, a major sports and recreation Park, home to the Blues Aussie Rules Football Club, to the right two minutes walk to Melbourne Zoo Royal Park. second stop, Melbourne University, third stop, the famous Queen Vic Market, and next you're at Melb. This well appointed home offers a full kitchen with induction cooking facilities, convection oven and all the equipment to prep a romantic meal. A bedroom area under high vaulted ceilings decked out with a queen size bed, luxury mattress and egyptian cotton sheets, is a relaxing and airy space for kicking back after a day of exploring. A stylish and modern bathroom that boasts a rain-shower is just the way to unwind and soak up the Melbourne mornings. Guests have access to their private entrance and courtyard area with an alfresco garden setting for breakfasting and sharing a yarn next to a small organic herb garden. We are located within a 5 minute walking distance to tram lines heading to the City, Sydney Road and Brunswick East and parking is available around the home or else just bike about like a true local.

As we are walking distance from the CBD there is street parking only, 1-2 hours - there is no free parking at the property. No kitchen - has hotel style coffee machine & frother, toaster, microwave, cereals & small fridge.
