Situated in a private beachfront estate this newly remodelled vacation home is immersed in nature. Surrounded by a large garden with tall trees it offers privacy in a quiet environment . Private access to the beach is only a few steps away. The house can sleep up to 4 people and is fully equipped to offer a relaxing holiday escape. 50 steps from the most famous beach of the island is located this welcoming and stylish house with a mix of traditional and modern touches. In a distance of 50 steps there are mini markets, bakery, restaurants, pharmacy, gym, bus station, taxis, beach bars, diving center, the sea ofcourse and in the same time is situated in a quiet location. The house is well equipped, it has a kitchen with all the necessary cooking accessories, toast and coffe maker, hair dryer, iron and a make up station.

The house is in front of the sea which refers an amazing view. It is new builded with modern design and located in a quiet area. On the first floor it contains a big living room, full equipped kichen with dining room, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. On the second floor it has 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. Also on the second floor you can enjoy the amazing view from the balcony where you can feel the island's aura. In front of the house there is a big yard with an extent which ends up to the sea.

Located in Livadia, in the island of Paros, at a wind protected cove in 20m walking distance from a sandy beach. The total living space is 105 m2, it can accommodate comfortably up to 4 guests and is ideal for large groups or families. Surrounded by terrace, at an elevated position which offers sea view, walking distance from the beach and the center of Paroikia. Following the Cycladic tradition, the house has been painted white. Inside however, has decorated in minimal design.

Villa Katerina is a double floor house 62sq.At the first floor there is one living room with kitchen and two single beds .at the second floor there is one bedroom and one big bathroom.There is one big yard 100sq two balconies.The house has amazing sea view from all the floors .It can accommodate up to 4 persons.Also we have barque and hammock.The distance from the sea is 200 meters and the beaches is Placa beach Orkos beach and Mikrivigla Beach
