Unwind in the hammock or practice yoga on the back deck. Prepare dinner in our full size kitchen. Then, star gaze around the fire-pit after dark. This peaceful oasis awaits you.

Fairview Beach Water-view, Water-access Getaway

Completely renovated-entire Potomac River water view home. This property was taken all the way down to the studs. All of the exterior siding was removed. It now has a new roof siding insulation, hot water heater, washer and dryer, all appliances, insulated windows, and central air and heating systems are completely new. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at Perfect Day! We are minutes from all of the wonderful things that make Lake Anna great! While the home is not water front, all guests have access to the private community beach and common areas less than one mile from the house as well as an assigned boat slip. The house offers a year around hot tub, fire pit, gas grill, jacuzzi tub and indoor fireplace.
