Check the surf at Steamer Lane, enjoy a beautiful sunset, followed by the view of the city lights at night. All from the comfort of this lovely home. 11 mins to downtown and 15 mins from the beach. You will have the upstairs house to yourself completely. Their is a separate downstairs unit that is occasionally occupied by the owner. Inquire if concerned. And wake up in the mornings to the mist in the trees when the fog rolls in.

The studio is attached to the owner residence but has a private entrance, kitchenette, bathroom and gas fireplace. Deck surrounded by redwoods, is partitioned for privacy. Studio is good for couples and solo travelers.

Lovely garden with outside sitting area. 20 minute footpath/walk to beach through green belt and harbor, great restaurants nearby including three at the beach, short drive to downtown for live music and arts. Host is German, practices acupuncture.

Please note that this house shares the property with the owners who live in the main house, and an Airstream. The property is also serviced by landscapers and pest services.
