Welcome to The Homestead by Heirloom Estates! The Homestead offers a magical experience for all guest both big and small. Each space is strategically designed to make you feel like you’re in a real life storybook from our pirate shipwrecked themed room, our once upon a time fairytale garden room, to a romantic spa like dream. We have something to enjoy for all whether you are here to relax in the sauna/hot tub or get a massage while enjoying the theater room we hope you will be our guest!

What makes our home special is the way it makes people feel. It’s peaceful, filled with light, and surrounded by beauty. Every space is thoughtfully arranged; from the gourmet kitchen that inspires connection, to the dual living rooms designed for both elegance and comfort. Mornings start with golden light in the yellow room, my favorite spot for meditation Evenings invite you to relax with soft views of the river in the distance. “It’s the kind of place you instantly feel at home.”

Family owned Historic Mercer Building provides upscale, boutique accommodations in a downtown setting. Rates includes $45 cleaning fee. Beautifully restored suites include original wood floors & 8' windows. Built in 1906 by Willis Mercer its truly "green"! Full kitchens, bathrooms & Yakima Valley views. Fast wi fi, Smart TVs, walk-in showers & finest beds. Enjoy coffee downstairs @Brewminatti, complimentary Mercer Estates wine & on premises workout gym/yoga area.

Bali Studio: Hammock-FirePit-Mini Golf-Fireplace

Escape to a chic 2-bed, 6-person studio, with a well-stocked kitchenette, dining area, s'mores kit, and cookies. Unwind on the comfy couch in the living room area with a Roku TV, or lounge in the indoor hammock chair. The Bali-inspired bathroom boasts a spacious stone shower for two.
