Βρισκεται 7 περίπου λεπτά από το κέντρο της Σκάλας και από την κοντινότερη παραλία. Κοντά στο σπίτι υπάρχει αρτοποιείο μανάβικο και σούπερ μάρκετ. Η παραλία Μελόι είναι στα 2 λεπτά μακριά με το Αυτοκίνητο και το Αγριολιβαδι στα 6.

Τα δωμάτια μας βρίσκονται σε μία ήσυχη τοποθεσία μόλις 700μ. από το λιμάνι της Σκάλας. Επίσης θα θέλαμε να γνωρίζετε πως η πλησιέστερη παραλία απέχει μόνο 300μ. ενώ στα 30μ υπάρχει στάση λεωφορείου για την ευκολότερη μετακίνηση σας.
