Η πέτρινη villa βρίσκεται χτισμένη στην περιοχή Μελόι της Πάτμου.Πρόκειται για μια πανέμορφη villa χτισμένη διατηρώντας την παραδοσιακή αρχιτεκτονική και διακόσμηση που θα αγαπήσετε.Αποτελείται από δύο ορόφους στους οποίους βρίσκονται ένα μεγάλο υπνοδωμάτιο,σαλόνι,κουζίνα και ένα μπάνιο.Επίσης έχει βεράντες και στους δυο ορόφους με εκλπηκτική θέα στον γραφικό κολπίσκο του Μελογιού.Απέχει 1.5χλμ ή 10' με τα πόδια από το κέντρο του νησιού.Ακόμη,σε απόσταση 3'-4' με τα πόδια έχετε πρόσβαση στην αμμώδη παραλία Μελόι που κατά μήκος της υπάρχουν μεγάλα καταπράσινα δέντρα για σκιά.

The apartment is 300 meters away from the port and has an easy access to the main square of Skala, Patmos. All the shops, coffee bars, restaurants, supermarkets and bake shops are all close to Manolis Place. Bus stop is 30 meters away. Manolis Place is located on the main road going to Chora so you have too expect a noisy busy road. The room is simple but neat and clean. We do the cleaning every day and changes the linens and towels every three days.
