Έχει θέα προς το Ικάριο πέλαγος με υπέροχα ηλιοβασιλέματα, αλλά και προς το λιμάνι της Σκάλας. Διαθέτει ιδιωτικό χώρο στάθμευσης και μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει από 3-6 άτομα. It's ideal for couples or groups 2-5 people. For families with children there are some extra amenities.

Το παλιό ξυλουργείο και το σιδηρουργείο του Παππού Γιάννη, ενώθηκαν με σεβασμό και έγιναν ένα παραδοσιακό νησιωτικό σπίτι, κρατώντας όσα περισσότερα στοιχεία από το παρελθόν του οικήματος. Βρισκεται 7 περίπου λεπτά από το κέντρο της Σκάλας και από την κοντινότερη παραλία. Κοντά στο σπίτι υπάρχει αρτοποιείο μανάβικο και σούπερ μάρκετ. Η παραλία Μελόι είναι στα 2 λεπτά μακριά με το Αυτοκίνητο και το Αγριολιβαδι στα 6.
