It is much better to stay at this apartment than the hotel because of much lower room rate, as we are large studio with Smart TV (to watch your Netflix) and with kitcheneth only (microwave, dish sink but not stove for cooking). Please understand your expectations by reading the below descriptions before you make any booking, so there is no misuderstanding between us, we do work very hard to achieve 5-star reviews. The strengths of this apartment are: 1. Location location and location: it is only 30 steps to Patong white sand beach, similar to all 5-star hotels like the Four Points Hotel and the Grace Land Hotel (we are next to both of hotels), 2. We are on 3rd floor of the building, where Reception is located on ground floor. 3. It is a large studio (43 sqm) with a shower room, and we use a large boiler to ensure that the water is very hot and enough for your shower. 4. We do provide office armchairs for your online working so you can make this apartment to be Worktation, 5. We have ultimately installed private fibre optic internet available to connect to our 55 inches Smart TV, and you can use it to connect to your lab top/mobile. We do have strong Wifi from the building in all areas, including in the room. Plus the best Cable channels for international tourists such as BBC, CNN, Super Sport, Golf, Hbo, Cartoon Network, Nhk, Bvn Netherland, Aljazeera, Kbs Korea, Russian, CCTV, Tvs French, Dw Germany, Channel V Asia, Mv Music And Other Channels, 6. We do provide Espresso Coffee Machine with coffee powders for you to enjoy all-day coffee during your online working, 7. Very comfortable mattress of King size bed and Single bed (for 3rd person, with fee applied), 2 beds will be set up for couple, in case, you prefer to sleep separately, in view of age, please check with the host for the fee to set up this sofa bed. 8. You will be well taken care of by our team member if you need help at any time. Plus a love from our family. 10. We have installed top quality mineral water filter for your free drinking water during your stay. What are not provided it during your stay: 1. We do not provide daily cleaning. However, you can buy this service at Reception at a very reasonable fee of Thb749, which includes cleaning and change linens and towels. 2. We do not serve breakfast, but you can buy buffet breakfast from the restaurant (please check with reception for an update price), which is a very reasonable price for the Patong area. 3. We do not refill daily stuff such as tissue, drinking water bottles (we have installed top quality water filter with mineral water output for your free drinking water during your stay). A modern, air-conditioned condo measuring 43 sq. m (500 sq. feet) and furnished with a king-size bed and an additional single bed (the 3rd person will pay an extra fee, please do put the right number of guests). We can see Patong beach from rooftop on 7th floor of 4th building with an Infinity swimming pool and Gym. It is located 30 meters to Patong Beach, similar to all 5-star, Four Points Hotel, as we are located next to it. The location is very prime prime prime area with beachfront. No other condominium in Patong can compare to this location. This porch apartment is located on the 3rd floor, within walking distance to many shops, bars, and restaurants, such as 7-11, starbuck and others. It is a perfect location, and to enjoy your stay with all entertainment such as Infinity Rooftop swimming pool, Rooftop Professional Gym, and 5-star resort service quality. Why spend a lot of money to stay at 5 star hotel? It is much better to stay our place with lower room rate. **this apartment is a part of the resort, but it is individually owned. Guest can use all the facilities of the resort such swimming pool, gym and car park. The amenities include both a shower facilities, a safe deposit box, plus a kitchenette equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, and full tableware set. Also, a large 55 inches Smart television with channels in multiple languages and free wi-fi, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, and a vacuum cleaner.
