Welcome to my contemporary, cozy, quiet, light, and warm central apartment, 56 sq. m, balancing comfort and aesthetics. It was my parents place. Located on the 4-th floor in an authentic 1930-40s building in a typically socialist style (no lift), like many other buildings in the center. Many of our neighbors were doctors, most lived to 80-90 years. Now the building, although strong, does not look as a new and shiny hotel. But it is worth to feel the Bulgarian atmosphere, in the Airbnb spirit.

There is a plethora of cafes, restaurants, bars and unique designed graffiti around the apt. "Serdika" station, which is the main underground station, is located within less than 7 minutes walk and provides direct link to Sofia's Airport, Train and Bus stations.

My apartment is 7-10 min walking to the "Alexander Nevsky" Cathedral, Sofia University, Sofia library and 15-20 min walking to cafes, restaurants and some of the most famous clubs and bars in Sofia. The apartment is located on the 5th floor (you can use the elevator or must climb stairs). It has 1 bedroom with double bed (firmness of the mattress - Medium soft) , 1 sofa-bed in the living room, 1 bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen. Ideal for 1-3 people.
