This beautifully renovated home blends modern comfort with countryside charm, offering four bedrooms, spacious living areas, a light-filled sunroom, and a cozy firepit under the stars. Challenge friends to a game of pool in the converted garage or unwind surrounded by nature, complete with the occasional mooing neighbors! Ideally located only 4 mins from a supermarket, less than 3 miles from Downtown, 20 minutes from Six Flags and Sweetwater State Park and all only 30 mins to downtown Atlanta.

Many hiking choices within close proximity including Red Top Mountain and Kennesaw Mountain. Move in at your convenience with self entry, two furnished bedrooms, two full bathrooms and large living room space. Please note that the house is not ADA compliant as there are structural stairs leading to the entry into the house and bedrooms.
