L'Host vive nello stesso stabile e assicura la propria costante presenza e disponibilità nel ricevere gli ospiti al loro arrivo. 2) Check-in in orari diversi Nell'ipotesi in cui gli Ospiti arrivino a qualsivoglia ora del giorno o della notte, sarà opportuno avvisare per tempo l'Host e concordare un orario di arrivo approssimativo. L'Host in ogni caso è sempre disponibile h24 o su Airbnb o sul proprio telefono personale (+39 339 31 99 131). IL GIORNO DEL PROPRIO ARRIVO, GLI OSPITI TROVERANNO SEMPRE QUALCUNO AD ACCOGLIERLI. Questo è quanto! L'Host si rende sempre disponibile, laddove richiesto, ad aiutare gli Ospiti a trasportare le proprie valigie fuori dall'appartamento. Da oggi siamo greens abbiamo attivato i pannelli fotovoltaci. Appartamento con ampie camere al margine del parco del Ticino, in zona tranquillissima. Posto auto all'ingresso della struttura riservato agli ospiti. La casa e circondata da un giardino recintato a disposizione degli ospiti. Il tracciato della pista ciclabile, che attraversa Pavia fiancheggiando il Ticino, passa davanti alla casa. Per la sicurezza, per gli ospiti più piccoli al piano superiore un apposito cancello chiude la scala.
