Ready to disconnect and recharge? Welcome to Gatsby's Getaway! Watch the sun rise over the Green Mountains and Little Lake from the comfort of your deck. If the weather disagrees, enjoy your coffee in front of the cozy fireplace in your charming bungalow, complete with cathedral ceilings and sliding glass doors. Close to hiking & biking trails, and many outdoor activities. 10 minutes to nearby Granville, NY or Poultney, VT. While not technically a 'tiny' house, it is a cozy cabin of 550sqft.

East Cabin

The East Cabin is quietly tucked between the Green Mountains of VT and the Adirondacks of NY. Soak up the morning sun on your private stone patio while mother nature comes to life on the pond and fields. Take a day trip to beautiful Lake George or Historic Saratoga Springs. Grill steaks on the BBQ and eat S’mores by the campfire at night. Farm fresh products for purchase at our farm store, including our own pasture raised beef. We also have the West Cabin available for your family and friends.

Beautiful Timber Frame Retreat

This cabin retreat is situated on a natural clearing in the beautiful Green Mt. Forrest. Surrounded by a dense grove of spruce trees gives you complete privacy. It's only a quick 5 minute drive to great restaurants, breweries, and shops in downtown Wilmington. It's also less than 20 minutes to Mt. Snow. There's great hiking at Molly Stark State Park right across the street and amazing lakes all within a 10 minute drive! No WIFI and cell service is not great so it is a great place to unplug!

Surrounded by towering trees, the treehouse provides a unique experience year round—from relaxing in the hot-tub on a snowy night, to stargazing by the campfire. The treehouse is always stocked with waffle mix & homemade frozen cookies. We can’t wait to host you!

Oma's Cabin - A Quiet, Off-Grid Forest Retreat

This tiny cabin is nestled in the woods, far from the noise of modern life. Originally built by my mom, “Oma,” to use as a retreat while visiting her grandkids, it's a green paradise in the summer and, with its cute woodstove, a warm and cozy retreat in the winter. 'Oma's Cabin' is located up Tunket Road in the Mettowee Valley of Pawlet, VT - our driveway is also the trailhead for Haystack Mt., so you have a spectacular hike out your front door. Cabin is HIKE-IN ONLY during the winter.

Waterfront Vermont Lake House w/ Panoramic Sauna

Waterfront on Lake St. Catherine, with almost 100ft of private lake frontage and a view that's hard to beat. Watch the sunrise from the deck or from inside our new panoramic barrel sauna. Explore the lake by kayak or canoe — both included for guests. Keep an eye out for both bald eagles and loons. There's also a fire pit for evening s'mores — firewood included as well. Great for families — we've got a crib, a bunk room for the kids, and a bookshelf of board games for those rainy days.

The Berghüttli: Glowing Swiss Hut in the Forest

The Berghüttli ("little mountain hut") is a Swiss-inspired hut and farm stay surrounded by National Forest in Goshen, VT (pop. 168). A completely private escape—no other structures in sight, just woods and quiet. Inside, a wall of windows brings the forest right up to you, while glowing maple plywood fills the space with warm light. High-speed fiber internet runs a reliable 300 Mbps. Situated on a quiet country road this adorable home on one wooded acre has lovely mountain views and a peaceful setting. Nearby you will find skiing, hiking trails and quaint Vermont towns with shops and restaurants. Manchester and Rutland are 30 min. drives, Dorset is just 20 min. Granville NY has a large grocery store and other shops and is only a 15 min. drive.

Enjoy meeting our goats as well as enjoying Vermont cheeses, local goodies and produce that we can stock in your cottage.
